I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the age of 52, one week before our annual spring break cruise. I was quite worried the the ship would not be able to accommodate me so close to our cruise. We were sailing HAL Nieuw Statendam. I was very happy when HAL told me there would be no problem accommodating my dietary request. The first place we went to on the ship was to see the Maître D’. He told me that my dietary needs have been added to my account so that whenever I went to a dining venue, they would know how to take care of me. He also told me where I could NOT eat. This got me thinking about others. On this page, I will add reviews and pictures as well as information were you can feel safe to dine when you travel throughout the States and Europe as well as cruises. Happy eating!
